Application Intake (Elements)

Elements is Pylon’s borrower-facing application and loan dashboard.

• Borrowers can complete the application and track loan progress in the dashboard independently.

• Loan officers may also complete the application on behalf of the borrower when needed.

LO-Completed Applications

When completing an application on behalf of a borrower:

1. Use the borrower-facing Elements application flow.

2. Create the account using the borrower’s email address.

Creating the account with the borrower’s email:

• Provides the borrower with an introduction to Pylon.

• Grants access to the Borrower Dashboard throughout the loan process.

• Allows the borrower to log in at any time by using the “Reset Password” option.
