Does Pylon allow loan recasts?
Recasting is generally allowed, but eligibility depends on the end investor or servicer for the specific loan. Pylon cannot guarantee recast eligibility on every loan; confirm with your account manager for the loan in question.
What is Pylon's Early Payoff (EPO) / Early Default Policy (EDP) timeframe?
The EPO policy is six months from the funded date for wholesale loans, and six months from the purchase date for correspondent loans.
