What is the procedure for submitting a Change of Circumstances request?
Complete the Change of Circumstances Form (download it then fill in the blanks).
This is required for any change to loan terms or the scheduled closing date.
Submit it through the Command Center utilizing the “Submit to Underwriting” functionality.
Supporting documentation for the CoC is required and can be submitted in the ‘Submit to Underwriting’ flow.
Please allow up to 48 hours for completion. The 48-hour SLA begins once all required documentation has been received. Delays in providing supporting documents may impact turnaround times.
What are common instances in which a Change of Circumstance request should be used?
A Change of Circumstance Request should be utilized whenever there is:
A change to any loan terms (Loan amount, rate, waiving escrows, etc)
A change to the currently scheduled closing date (Current estimated closing date is found in the top right of command center within an individual file & also noted in the pipeline view)
