What is the procedure for submitting a Change of Circumstances request?

Submit a ticket through https://pylonlending.support.site/ and select 'request a change of circumstance' within the issue type.

Include an overview of the change requested, reason for change, and any supporting documentation for the CoC.

Please allow up to 48 hours for completion. The 48-hour SLA begins once all required documentation has been received. Delays in providing supporting documents may impact turnaround times.

What are common instances in which a Change of Circumstance request should be used?

A Change of Circumstance Request should be utilized whenever there is:

  • A change to any loan terms (Loan amount, rate, waiving escrows, etc)

  • A change to the currently scheduled closing date (Current estimated closing date is found in the top right of command center within an individual file & also noted in the pipeline view)
