How does Pylon handle funding authorization in wet-funding states?
Pylon can pre-order wires for purchase closings, but funds are not released until the signed closing documents are approved by Pylon's closing department and any required incoming funds have been verified as received by escrow. Once both are confirmed, Pylon issues funding authorization to escrow.
How long does funding authorization take in wet-funding states once closing documents are received?
Funding authorization is typically issued within approximately one hour of receiving the funding documents, with timing dependent on the volume of closings on a given day (closings are processed in order received).
Will Pylon fund based on scanned closing documents?
Yes. Pylon funds from scanned closing packages.
