Our current focus is on straightforward conventional W2 borrowers with clean income documentation and standard loan structures.

  • Family Opportunity Mortgages (for W2 borrowers)

Eligible Income Types

  • W2 income

  • Bonus, commission, and tip income with 2-year history

  • Rental income only for:

    • Departing primary residences (lease agreement + 1007 required)

    • Investment property purchases with documented rental history
