How do I assign myself as the loan officer on a new file?
The borrower application must be submitted before an LO can be assigned. Once submitted, navigate to the pipeline view in Command Center and select yourself as the loan officer on the file.
Does Pylon support third-party processing companies (TPPs) having Command Center access?
Yes. Third-party processors can be set up with credentials and processor-level access. Coordinate with your account manager to provision access for a TPP.
